Over 900 laboratory product buyers were drawn to the Big Apple on Saturday, April 5, for a full day of shopping, education and networking at LMT LAB DAY East. The day promised an unparalleled opportunity for laboratory owners, managers and technicians to immerse themselves in new products and systems–everything from abrasives to zirconia milling machines–presented by more than 85 exhibitors.

And whether they came to upgrade their die stone or test drive a CAD/CAM system, they weren't disappointed. “At other shows, you don't see all of these exhibitors,” said Isabel Beebe, Interdental, New York , New York . “This is a great chance to look at equipment from many companies all in one place.”

Exhibitors, too, lauded LMT 's ninth annual show, held at the Grand Hyatt in New York City , one of the country's largest lab markets. “The show is going really well. In fact, it's only 11:15am , and we're almost sold out of our ceramic brush sets,” said Tony Stern of Star Refining and Bulldog Trading Co.

KDF U.S.'s Dean Yanagi also offered rave reviews. “LMT LAB DAY East was a very successful show for us," said Yanagi, sales engineer. "We had a successful clinic with more than full capacity attendees, many sales and numerous possible customers. KDF will definitely be attending next year and for many years ahead. Thank you, LMT!” 

Hundreds of attendees took advantage of seminars and clinics that covered the spectrum of technology, including digital fabrication systems, ceramics, removables, implants, attachments and infection control.
